Falafel Corner has both franchise agreements and license agreements. We don't offer a separate agreement for non-traditional restaurants. The terms of both agreements are 10 years with an option to renew for another 10.

Falafel Corner has a 4-week training program that focuses primarily on restaurant operations and training related to operating and managing. There is some classroom training, but the program is mostly hands-on training in the restaurant. We normally do a soft opening for one months to allow the managers and crew to become fully trained before doing the grand opening. The operational managers have to be certified in our training program before opening the store.
